The nearest bus stop for TITSA 473 is 2 minutes from the apartment entrance, connecting to Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje for €2-4. Centro Comercial Safari (Zara, H&M, Supercor supermarket) is a 5-minute walk. The Golden Mile nightlife strip (Veronicas) is walkable in 10-15 minutes. This location means you need a taxi only for island day trips, everything in the immediate resort area is walkable, which saves money and removes the daily logistics stress of planning transport.

Key features: fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, all utensils and crockery), air conditioning throughout (both bedroom and living area, essential for July-August), strong WiFi suitable for remote working, private outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture, and access to the communal pool complex. The pool area is well-maintained with sun loungers available to residents. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and blackout curtains, important for sleeping past sunrise in summer when the light arrives early. The bathroom is full-size with over-bath shower.

The apartment rate includes everything you need to arrive and start your holiday immediately. All utilities (electricity, water, WiFi) are included, no meter readings or utility bill surprises. Platform bookings route all communication through a messaging system with 24-48 hour response windows and no guarantee the responder has ever visited Tenerife. For guests with evening or overnight flights who've already checked out, I can arrange secure luggage storage so you don't need to spend money on a day room elsewhere. Platform-managed rentals cannot offer this flexibility because the automated systems that manage their check-in windows don't allow for human judgement calls. Minimum Stay & Policies

Minimum stay at Los Tajinastes: 7 nights during July and August, 4 nights during all other periods. Booking process: a 30% deposit secures your dates immediately upon payment confirmation. The remaining 70% balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date. Payment is by bank transfer to the account named in the booking contract, full contract provided before any payment is requested. Cancellation policy: full deposit refund if cancelled more than 8 weeks before arrival; 50% deposit refund 4-8 weeks before; no refund within 4 weeks of arrival (strong recommendation to take holiday travel insurance for this period). A refundable damage deposit of €150 is payable on arrival and returned within 48 hours of checkout providing no damage. All policies are in writing in the contract signed before the deposit payment.

What to Book With

Los Tajinastes holds a valid VV (Vivienda Vacacional) tourist licence issued by the Cabildo de Tenerife, the licence number is available on request and verifiable in the Cabildo's public registry. The apartment is registered with the Spanish tax authority and compliant with all Canarian holiday rental regulations. Payment is by bank transfer, the account is held in the owner's name matching the booking contract. A full rental contract is provided before any payment is requested, it covers all dates, prices, policies, and both parties' obligations. I don't take payments before a contract is signed and exchanged. Guest identification (passport or national ID) is required under Spanish law and is handled securely.
